2. Products & Handmade Disclaimer
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Handmade Nature: Please note that many of our products are handcrafted, upcycled, or made in small batches. As a result, there may be slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish. These are not defects but are the natural characteristics of handmade items.
Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3. Pricing & Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We ship all orders through reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery location. 7. Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or change of mind.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@signs.club within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
8. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Shimla Hues Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from using our designs or content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
12. Programs & Collaborative Initiatives Signs of Everything hosts specific programs designed to elevate creators, support traditional craftsmanship, and expand our community. By participating in any of these initiatives, collaborators agree to the foundational terms below, with detailed commercial terms governed by individualized, signed onboarding agreements.

The Spotlight Initiative: A curated platform for emerging artists, authors, and independent brands.

Marketplace & Consignment: Partners listing physical products on our platform agree to a mutually determined operational framework. Based on specific terms, Signs of Everything will either manage full logistics and shipping on behalf of the partner, or serve exclusively as the sales and payment platform while the partner handles direct fulfillment. To sustain platform operations, Signs of Everything retains a mutually agreed-upon commission on the final selling price. All specific duties, margins, and inventory structures (such as consignment for publications) are strictly governed by the partner's individual signed agreement.

Art-to-Merchandise: Creators submitting original artwork for production agree to a mutually defined profit-sharing or commission model upon the successful sale of merchandise bearing their designs.

The Skills Initiative: Signs of Everything is committed to the preservation of traditional craftsmanship and the empowerment of local communities. The Skills Initiative is a dedicated skill development program where we provide training, resources, and guidance to community members and emerging artisans, helping them refine their craft, learn new techniques, and build sustainable livelihoods.

Partner With Us: We welcome direct collaborations that align with our community-driven ecosystem through two primary avenues:

SOE Workforce: We join hands directly with independent artisans to manufacture our handcrafted goods. Artisans collaborating under the SOE Workforce framework operate under a predefined Product Procurement Agreement. This agreement explicitly outlines specific material responsibilities, making charges (labor costs), and delivery timelines to ensure fair and transparent partnerships. Payments to the artisan are made upon the successful handover and quality check of each batch.

SOE Affiliate Program: Individuals participating in the Affiliate Program are provided with a unique referral link. Affiliates earn a commission on the net sale amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) for every valid purchase made through their direct link. The program also includes Sub-Affiliate (Tier 2) earnings, where affiliates earn an overriding commission on valid sales generated by those they invite. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using spamming techniques, posting links on sites with offensive content, or making false claims about our products.
