Delivery Timeline
We strive to get your handcrafted pieces to you as soon as possible. Because we ship from our studio in the mountains, please allow for the following estimated timelines:
- Within India: 7-10 business days
- International: 10-14 business days
Note: These are estimates. Occasionally, factors like weather, traffic, or customs processing may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Charges
We value your support! To say thank you, we offer Free Shipping on:
- Domestic Orders: Above ₹1,000
- International Orders: Above ₹3,000
For orders below these amounts, a standard shipping rate will be calculated and added at checkout.
Note: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your package leaves our studio, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

If your package seems delayed or you encounter any issues, please contact our team at hello@signs.club. We will work tirelessly with the shipping company to resolve the issue. Please note that while we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, we are responsible for assisting you every step of the way.
