Signs of Everything (a brand of Shimla Hues Pvt. Ltd.) is dedicated to delivering thoughtfully crafted, high-quality products. Each piece is inspected with care and packed securely before it leaves our studio.
Policy Overview
Because our items are handmade, upcycled, or produced in small batches to minimize waste, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
- International Orders: All international orders are Final Sale. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders shipped outside of India.
- Domestic Orders: Returns are only accepted in the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at hello@signs.club with:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos or videos of the damage.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will review your case and provide a solution immediately. Where possible, we will replace the item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
