  1. The Artwork is wholly original and/or I hold valid rights to license it for merchandise.
  2. It does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  3. I consent to reasonable adaptations (cropping, resizing, colour adjustments) for merchandise production.
  4. Files are production-ready (min 300 DPI). I understand the Platform is not liable for poor quality from low-resolution source files.
  5. All terms of the Master Agreement apply to this submission.
